Evening functions and parties booking terms and conditions

• 1) Bookings: Bookings are confirmed on receipt of the £100 deposit.
• 2) Payment Terms: The full balance is due two weeks prior to the event, Kings Hill Golf Ltd reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received by the due date.
• 3) Cancellation: In the event of the function being cancelled, the deposit is lost unless four weeks notice from the date is given.
• 4) Evening Parties: Last orders at the bar will be at 11.45pm, all evening entertainment will be required to finish by 12.00 midnight. The clubhouse will close at 1.00am sharp, please ensure that all of your guests have left the building by this time and have suitable transport arrangements.
• 5) Corkage: Corkage will be charged at £5 per bottle brought onto the premises, and only after prior arrangement with the Club Management.
• 6) Damage/Breakages: The lead booking name is responsible for any damage/breakages to or on the premises.
• 7) Kings Hill Golf Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to individual's property or belongings.
